Leek and Mushroom Burger

Seasoned Aberdeen Angus minced beef with roasted leek and mushroom combined. A lighter option and a rustic flavour. 5oz/141g per burger.

Miranda’s serving suggestion:
Chop some root vegetables (carrot, sweet potato, butternut squash), add a little garlic, chopped red onino, rosemary and black pepper and roast them covered in the oven for 30mins. Then turn them and add the burgers to the middle, roast for another 15mins (without lid) and serve with a some creme fraiche.
