Muddy Boots Classic Burger

Quality cuts Aberdeen Angus Beef with a little garlic, fresh parsley, black pepper, tomato puree and about a fifth of an egg to bind – that’s it! No rusk or breadcrumbs to pad it out… it’s a *beef*burger afterall, so let’s pack it full of beef.

Miranda’s serving suggestion: Grill, fry, griddle, bbq, oven cook… you can’t go wrong however you like to cook your burgers. And follow our campaign to ‘Free The Burger’! They don’t always have to be in a big white, floury bap with cheese and ketchup. How about some new potatoes and a green bean salad? Maybe a dollop of tomato salsa or sour cream too.
