This has been a real favourite at the Farmers’ Markets and very popular with children too. Our top notch Aberdeen Angus mince is seasoned and then combined with finely sliced red onion (caramelised in local pure honey and then chilled) and grated mozzarella to make this gooey burger.

Miranda’s serving suggestion:
I pop this under the grill for 5mins either side. The sweetness of the caramelised onion is great with some baked sweet potato fries or butternut squash wedges – a quirky take on the common ‘burger and fries’ meal.
