OUR BEEF

We started with a wonderful resource directly from the fields around us, with Roland’s father’s Aberdeen Angus herd.

Working with John (an award-winning breeder and former president of the Aberdeen Angus Society), we have really understood the vital elements for producing the very best quality beef, and doing so ethically.

We then worked with more experts in farming, beef, nutrition and traceability and came up with a blueprint to source from other registered farmers like John.
