Delivery is nationwide through a courier company or for orders in the West Midlands, it will usually be by Roland or Miranda. Delivery policy: We can deliver on Tuesday to Friday. Saturday delivery is possible but at an extra charge of £15 per order. There is no Sunday nor Monday delivery, unless by specific request and arrangement. As we do not source the beef from anywhere but the farm and we hang the beef on the bone for 21-days, we hope that you will be understanding about variable prime cut supply. We cannot always guarantee that your cut will be available instantly but we promise to contact you to confirm when we can guarantee your order. Orders for chilled food can be made with one week’s notice. For the moment, we are still running the kitchen ourselves, so we cannot produce fresh meals everyday to keep a stock instantly available. Cool-box controlled: Whether fresh or frozen, all of our products are delivered to you within 24 hours of being packed into insulated boxes. Our environment is very important to us. Our beautiful surroundings not only give us great enjoyment but also provide our animals with the best possible living conditions. That is why we are constantly developing ways to reduce the impact of our packaging. We will deliver your order with minimum packaging but maximum controlled temperature.
