We have greatly enjoyed developing these meals and we’ve both enjoyed the tasting. We’ve taken good old traditional recipes and adapted them to make the most of the beef and to suit freezing and the different ways of cooking. There are absolutely no additives or preservatives and we only select ingredients that match the high quality of the beef.
